This week, we're going back to our roots with The Karate Kid, another classic sports movie that has a lot of similarities to the subject of our first episode, Rocky. How is it possible James has never seen this movie? We just don't know. But what we do know is The Karate Kid is awesome. We're talking about the classic mentor character of Mr. Miyagi, all the beautiful 80s tropes, how this movie helped popularize martial arts in the US, and of course, gotta shout out the "reboot" Cobra Kai on YouTube Red.
