I’ll Show You… The Great Muppet Caper (1981)

Welcome to a new episode of I’ll Show You Mine! This time, Elyse is showing James ‘The Great Muppet Caper’ from 1981. The second theatrical Muppet movie, ‘The Great Muppet Caper’ follows Kermit, Fozzie, Gonzo, Miss Piggy and the rest of the Muppets attempting to solve the mystery of a string of jewel robberies targeting the posh British fashion designer Lady Holiday.

Join us as we talk about the classical American vaudeville vibe of the Muppets, the musical numbers, the gags, Charles Grodin literally falling in love with Miss Piggy, and the impressive puppet tech behind it all.
